I am a lawyer who specializes in energy law and environmental protection law. My interests include the formation of the European Union’s electricity and natural gas internal market and the emissions trading scheme (EU ETS).
Wojciech specializes in providing advisory services to the utility and industry sectors. He supports clients in regulatory, investment and environmental issues; he also advises on matters regarding the greenhouse gas emissions trading scheme (EU ETS) and trading emission allowances. His experience also extends to projects involving the acquisition of concessions, the capacity market and conducting due diligence processes.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lodz. He is a doctoral student at the interdisciplinary course of study in law and economics at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He has worked for international law firms and companies in the electrical power and gas industries. He speaks at conferences dedicated to the power sector and is the author of publications on renewable energy sources, electromobility and investment processes.
