Aleksandra’s specialty is commercial law, law of capital markets and complex business disputes. This includes mainly corporate litigation related to the investment process and performance of contracts. She also provides comprehensive ongoing legal services to companies.
She has executed projects for international and domestic clients, including public companies and key State Treasury companies in the armaments, railway and energy industries. Among others, she has participated in long negotiations conducted with Polish and international partners implementing projects in the Technical Modernization Program of the Polish Armed Forces.
Aleksandra has written studies and papers on commercial law, civil procedure and the law of capital markets. She was a lecturer for numerous training workshops on commercial law and capital law. She took part in the development of General and Individual Reporting Standards for Listed Companies created on the initiative of the Polish Association of Listed Companies.
She is a graduate of the Kozmiński University in Warsaw, receiving the Golden Laurel honors for outstanding achievements in the field of law. Before joining the Brysiewicz i Wspólnicy Law Firm, she worked for the reputable law firms and also was a Legal Regulations Specialist at the Polish Association of Listed Companies.
